We are so thrilled to have found Pawtastic! We have 3 older dogs, one of them being 15 and blind and requires A LOT of patience & love to get down the stairs! Additionally, she goes to great lengths to follow the same feeding regimen that we have for them. She makes oatmeal for our "little old blind man" as she knows he absolutely loves his oatmeal! Christy is extremely professional, in person and in the detailed notes she leaves about her interactions with the dogs & the texts she sends. What is even better, is when she sends pictures of the dogs when we are out of town! We can now go out of town more often because we have found Christy & trust her implicitly with our beloved pets.

Pawtastic! watched my two dogs, cat, and Guinea Pigs on several occasions when our family went up north for the weekend. I loved that they left very detailed notes about my pets and what they did while I was away. They also sent me pictures and updates to my phone. Charlie is my cat & he loved having Christy come in 2 times a day to feed and play with him. After I came home & fed & cuddled him, he sat by the door waiting for Christy to come back. We enjoyed meeting you in our initial introductory meeting and getting set up with your service was very easy with your consumer-friendly online process.
I know Murphy and Kota love you visiting. They really enjoy the walks mid-day and just the attention you give to them. The visits are a highlight to their (and our) day. I can't thank you enough for the care you provided for our dogs. I was finally able to enjoy a trip without being overwhelmed with anxiety and avoided another marital argument. This is worth so much to me! My parents (are cat people) & siblings (don't care for dogs) live two hours away. I have lived in Albertville for 17 years. When I want to go home to visit I always need to make it short and rush home to care for the animals. I am hopeful that now I may be able to stay awhile longer and be able to enjoy my time visiting. Recently my cat, Krazy, took ill. The vet took care of the symptoms but she was not running on all cylinders, and required meds be added to her meals. In addition I was committed to a week away from home. Originally I planned to have a family member check on Krazy every couple of days but this was no longer an option since my cat now required daily attention. I could have boarded her at the vet or a kennel but Krazy is crazy, she hates other cats and is not too fond of dogs either. She does like people but occasionally will bite for reasons known only to her, fortunately old age has mellowed her. I was in a quandary when I contacted Pawtastic the day before I was to leave. Christy said someone would be over that afternoon to meet me and Krazy, in the meantime I filled out the online form and set up an account. Christy arrived on time and Krazy took a liking to her…. Good! We set up a daily schedule, one visit a day, Monday through Friday. Sunday morning I departed with mixed feelings. The next day Christy sent a picture and report on Krazy. She was fine, eating, taking her meds and doing her other business. All was well. Christy also checked on my cat earlier than we agreed on, simply to put me at ease. I was impressed with Christy's responsible attitude, kindness and concern. She made my trip stressless. I truly recommend Pawtastic. Christy provides a great service and a good value.

Pawtastic really loves animals & I feel the pets they care for know that & respond to it. My pet loves seeing them come through the door & I know that my pet is being lovingly cared for. Wondering how your pet is doing while you are gone? Pawtastic takes pictures of your pet at each visit, as well as providing visit reports each time they are with your pet, then sends them to your phone so you can be assured that your pet is doing well while you are away. Does your pet need medication? Pawtastic gives the required medication to your pet so the pet is recovering or maintaining health while you are away. My pet's veteranarian had a Pawtastic card up at their office & heard good things about Pawtastic! Thank goodness they did. You & your pet will love Pawtastic!
Pawtastic! has caring and genuine animal lovers. I like the visit reports & photos; it's nice to hear about my pets & see them when I'm gone. And it's comforting to know they were actually visited vs. another company or neighbor that doesn't provide it. It also keeps communication open if the sitter has questions or issues, I can respond for the next visit. Another strength is being patient with my picky dog! Another is willingness (you're available, willing, volunteer to do other things like water plants, check mail, etc. which doesn't take long but is a great touch!). The in-home service is awesome!
